Liebe Freunde des SEZ,
Aufzeichnung und Wortprotokoll zur Anhrung in der 65. Sitzung des Ausschusses fr Stadtentwicklung, Bauen und Wohnen am 2.3. sind inzwischen verffentlicht worden. Leider enthlt es auch einige Falschaussagen, die wir noch im Detail widerlegen werden es lohnt sich also, regelmig einen Blick auf diese Website zu werfen.
In der wurde ein entscheidender Punkt noch einmal deutlich: Bei der Aufstellung des bestand Konsens darber, dass mindestens ein teilweiser Erhalt des SEZ bercksichtigt werden soll, sobald das Grundstck wieder in ffentliche Hand zurckkommt. Umso unverstndlicher ist es, dass fr die Machbarkeitsstudie der WBM stattdessen ein vollstndiger Abriss vorgegeben war.
Wir fordern daher ein neues Verfahren mit offenen und transparenten Untersuchungen zum Erhalt des SEZ sowie eine breite Beteiligung der . Gerade vor dem Hintergrund, dass der Senat eine (IBA) fr die Jahre 2034 bis 2037 angekndigt hat, wre das SEZ ein ideales .
Der Antrag der Partei Linke zum Erhalt des SEZ sowie die Diskussion zur sollten eigentlich in der nchsten behandelt werden, wurden jedoch kurzfristig auf Juni verschoben. Whrend die parlamentarische Diskussion also noch luft und der selbst prft, ob eine neue Machbarkeitsstudie mglich ist, schafft die Fakten und schreibt den vollstndigen Abriss des SEZ aus trotz und laufender Beratungen:
Dieses Vorgehen stellt eine grobe Missachtung des Parlaments dar und ist zugleich ein Schlag ins Gesicht fr all jene, die sich einsetzen in , , sowie Bezirks- und .
Deshalb rufen wir gemeinsam mit zu einer Demonstration auf: am Montag , den 11. Mai 2026 , um 8:45 Uhr vor dem (Niederkirchnerstr. 5, 10117 ), direkt vor der nchsten Sitzung des . Wir wollen deutlich machen, dass wir dieses Vorgehen nicht hinnehmen und weiterhin fr den Erhalt des kmpfen.
